What you send us
When you generate a recipe, the ingredients, dish name, or description you type — together with the filters you select — are sent to our server and passed to the AI model provider that produces the recipe. We do not require an account and we do not ask for your name, email address, or payment details.
How recipes are processed
Recipe generation currently uses the Google Gemini API. Your prompt is transmitted to Google for processing under their API terms. We do not keep a copy of the generated recipe on our servers. Do not enter personal, confidential, or sensitive information into the prompt.
What stays in your browser
Saved recipes and a short list of recent generations are stored in your browser's local storage so the site can show them to you again. This data never leaves your device through us. Clearing your browser's site data removes it permanently.
Logs and rate limiting
Our hosting provider may record standard technical logs such as IP address, request time, and user agent for security and abuse prevention. We apply a short-term rate limit to protect the free AI capacity; it is not used to build a profile of you.
Cookies and analytics
The site does not set advertising cookies. If analytics are added in the future, this page will be updated and any non-essential cookies will be disclosed before they are used.
Children
The service is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them.
